To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, please review the following policies before placing your order.

Pre-sales

Due to the custom nature of our products a limited number of pre-sales are available for each date. 

• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received. Please pay directly on our website to reserve your order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• Due to the custom nature of our products, all payments are final and no refunds are offered. 

PICKUP & DELIVERY
• All deliveries are scheduled and fulfilled at the Publix at Thornblade (411 The Parkway, Greer, SC 29650).
• Timely arrival is required. Customers arriving more than 5 minutes late will need to reschedule, subject to availability and approval.
• A $25 delivery fee will apply to rescheduled deliveries.

COOKIE CARE & STORAGE
• Cookies are sensitive to heat and should be stored in a cool, dry place.
• Please handle them with care during transport and ensure they are secured while driving.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, storage, or heat exposure after pickup or delivery.

ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS
• While our cookies do not intentionally contain nuts or milk, we cannot guarantee they are free from allergens. Sugar and Grace Custom Bakery LLC is not liable for allergic reactions of any kind due to consumption.
• We are unable to accommodate requests for allergen-free products.
• Our kitchen regularly handles common allergens, including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten.

COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and must include clear photographic evidence.
• Taste preferences, including sweetness or flavor variations, are not eligible for refunds.
